Brian Rider
In 2006, Brian founded Digital Wingman, Inc. while a freshman at Grand Valley State University. After going through the process of choosing where to live and planning his move in, he recognized a need for new creative solutions to communicate housing options. His passion for visual communication helped develop several solutions including 3D floor plans, interactive floor plans, and dynamic web applications. For his efforts in the student housing industry, Brian was awarded Top 20 College Entrepreneurs, which was featured on MSN and the Wall Street Journal. In addition, Digital Wingman’s plan for providing solutions won second place at the Rhode Island Business Plan Competition and West Michigan’s Next Top Entrepreneur.
